Future Pilots :: Our Training

We encourage it and we do lots of it. Technical skills aside, we encourage people to develop their communication and IT skills. We’ll also pay for relevant courses, and if you wish to pursue external qualifications we can offer financial and study leave support.

For senior associates we have a development programme, known in-house as "Fame Academy". It’s not about hard skills, important as they are. It’s about giving associates all the other skills they need to succeed, such as business development, financial management, leadership skills. It has already seen three candidates promoted to partner.
